Mountain Vista Medical Facility Greeley, Colorado Project was to convert building that had housed a regional insurance company to a medical office building, which required upgrading the exterior as well as a complete tenant finish buildout. The renovation included a surgery center, and orthopedic and urology clinics.

Poudre Valley Hospital Fort Collins, Colorado Lemay Campus Building F Addition, a three-story addition on top of an existing one-story building. Structural steel with brick veneer. Involved a complex process of adding the three stories to the existing one story (which continued to serve the public throughout the duration of the construction project).

Medical Center of The Rockies MOB II Loveland, Colorado A three story 84,996 s.f. core & shell medical office building. This building includes an enclosed link to Medical Center of The Rockies. On this project we were able to use a unique construction process called “panelizing” which was a great benefit to the construction schedule. This building also houses a 40,000 s.f. tenant on the entire second floor and half of the first known as the Greeley Medical Clinic. This tenant houses medical exam rooms, MRI, CAT scan, X-Ray rooms and supporting offices.
