Kevin P. Corcoran
President
Under Kevin Corcoran’s leadership, The Corcoran Company has made a considerable contribution to the commercial development of Colorado’s Front Range. Kevin has been in the construction industry since 1974. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and has completed course work in CSU’s Construction Management graduate program. In 1986, Kevin founded The Corcoran Company as a small specialty contractor with a big vision.

Brian D. Conn
Estimator/Project Manager
Brian Conn has a broad base of commercial construction experience. In 1984, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. In addition to estimating, Brian, who has been with The Corcoran Company since 1989, also serves as the project manager on several buildings.

Gene Embry
Estimator/Project Manager
Since 1985, Gene’s construction background has included an unique mix of field and high tech experience. In addition to over a dozen years of steel stud and drywall estimation and project management, Gene, a graduate of Colorado State’s Construction Management program, spent four years with a Boulder firm that develops construction estimating software. From that vantage point, Embry gained a unique perspective on how commercial construction works.
“It was interesting to see how all aspects of a project interrelate,” recalls Embry, who helped develop and customize software for general contractors.

Dave McLaughlin
Estimator/ Project Manager
Dave joined The Corcoran Company in September 2004. Dave has over 20 years of construction experience, four of which he operated his own drywall company in Ft. Collins. Most of Dave’s experience has been primarily in commercial construction, but he has been exposed to residential development as well. His years of experience as a journeyman metal stud framer, hanger, and finisher prove invaluable when combined with his estimating/ Project Manager duties.
Roger Belleau
Controller
Roger has worked in accounting since 1981. Prior to joining The Corcoran Company in July 2001, his accounting experience included six years on large commercial construction projects and eight years in the steel industry. Roger earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University in 1982, and received his CPA license in 1983. He is a Colorado native and oversees The Corcoran Company’s Accounting and Human Resources Departments.

Sharon Jacobs
Human Resources
Office Administration

Sharon returned to The Corcoran Company in September 2010. She had previously worked 7 years for The Corcoran Company from January 1998 to February 2005, but quit to take time off after her son was born. In addition to her administrative and human resource duties, she assists the president, project managers and the accounting department with various tasks and is currently the secretary of the safety committee. Sharon is a native to Colorado, growing up on a farm in LaSalle. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in writing from Colorado State University in 1994.
